Applications:

The bearings are widely used on ocean engineering equipment and ship, food processing machinery, medical equipment, cryogenic engineering, automobile, motorcycle, electric tools, high-speed motor, household appliances and other industries.

1. Thin section bearings are used in instrumentation, robotics, aerospace, medical equipment, cameras and optical equipment. They are chosen for an application where space is at a premium or weight reduction is required. Thin section bearings have low rotational torque and high rotational accuracy. Thin section bearings are designed for mainly radial loads.

2. Chrome steel is the standard material for ball bearings thanks to its high load capacity and low noise properties. Chrome steel thin section bearings, with a steel retainer and a suitable lubricant, can be used at temperatures of 120°C constant or up to 150°C intermittent. Above these temperatures, the load capacity of chrome steel is reduced and the steel undergoes greater dimensional changes.

Lubrications:

Before SGC bearings leave factory,the open bearing is filled with meter anti-rust oil only;while the shielded bearing has been filled with general bearing grease,which makes it suitable for light and medium load as well as low and medium speed applications, with a working temperature ranging from -30℃～100℃.If the bearings are applied beyond the above conditions, other special grease or lubricating methods shall be employed.
